Monthly devotion

In our Anglo-Catholic tradition, time is consecrated to God in many ways--one of them being the various monthly devotions: January - Litanies and prayers to the Most Holy Name of Jesus February - Litanies and prayers in honour of the Most Holy Family March - Litanies and prayers in honour of St Joseph April - Litanies and prayers to the Blessed Sacrament May - Litanies and prayers in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mary June - Litanies and prayers to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus July - Litanies and prayers to the Most Precious Blood of Jesus August - Litanies and prayers in honour of the Immaculate Heart of Mary September - Litanies and prayers in honour of the Holy Cross and of Our Lady of Sorrows October - Litanies and prayers in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of the Most Holy Rosary November - prayers for the Holy Souls in Purgatory December - prayers and devotions centred around the Nativity of Our Lord These prayers are offered in front of the Blessed Sacrament (Jesus' real presence in the consecrated Host). At the end of this devotion, the priest imparts a blessing to all present with the Blessed Sacrament. Service sheets are available. All are welcome.
