Lent Group followed by lunch

During Lent we run a "bible group" open to all to help our lenten preparation and devotion. The group will meet on Saturday mornings after Holy Rosary and will end with a simple lunch. 

Dates: every Saturday between 8 March - 19 April

Topic: The Last Seven Words of Our Lord Jesus Christ — every meeting (seven Saturdays) will consist of watching some art work, listening to some meditation, of group discussion and of prayer in connection with each of the seven last “words”.

The last seven words are:

• “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
• “Today shalt thou be with Me in paradise.”
• “Woman, behold thy Son.”
• “My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?”
• “I thirst.”
• “It is finished.”
• “Father, into Thy hands I commend My spirit.”
